Overall repair was excellent. Repair work looks like new. Friendly and competent staff. Only complaint, my completion date was delayed and I was not contacted. I found out when I called the business day before to set up my pick up time.

This is my first time using Caliber Collision but not the last. I received continual updates as to the status of my 2024 Ram pickup. When they discovered 2 additional areas of damage not recognized by another shop they immediately notified me, my insurance, and adjusted the completion date as needed. Even though they needed to order new parts and fix additional areas they were able to complete the work a week early! The vehicle was handed over to me spotless and looks perfect.
