Inspection and warranty were not good enough as I expected.

Engine light turned on just right after receiving a car. Caliber Collision told me that they provides such a good warranty but I couldn't get any actual assistance. They scanned the error code and quickly concluded that it is not their fault. So now I have to visit Ford service center to figure out what is a problem again. I did some investigation by myself, and it looks like Caliber Collision may missed to check a damage in purge valve which might be effected by the accident. Although I haven't reached a final conclusion yet, I am quite disappointed that the inspection and warranty were not good enough as I expected.

The team is phenomenal. I absolutely recommend anyone needing timely vehicle repairs to come get it done at Caliber Collision! All of the staff are amazing, professional, and will answers all of your questions, free of judgement. Hopefully I won’t be in need of Caliber’s services anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go!

I could not be more pleased with Caliber Collision and the work done on my car. By no means am I an expert on collision work but really don’t think the deer damage could be repaired any better. The driver side door, fender and headlight assembly look new! Also thanks much to Allison in the office. She answered the phone with a smile, pleasant and always came across with a we care about our customers attitude. Nick, the Service Advisor could not have been anymore helpful. He explained everything to me in a very patient manner. His demeanor was I have all the time in the world for you and all your questions. Far as interacting with customers Allison and Nick to an excellent job!!😊

My car is not fully back together. The quarter piece that was popped back in while I was there to pick up is still popped out. My car inside is covered in dirt and dust. I’ve also pulled out 4 random clips left in my car.

I have no complaints with this shop, as long as I am reimbursed for their mistake. Everything was great other than that issue.

My car was sent to get the outside fixed by the general. My car was there for almost 2 weeks before they ended up ruling it a total loss. The damage is on the outside of the door so I kept the car. I was given the car back with the lock on the doors broken. Everytime I would open my doors, the entire car would lock, even with the keys inside a push to start car, which doesn’t even happen, UNLESS the locks are broken. I picked my car up Thursday evening. I realized this as soon as I had gotten home but the shop was closed. I called Friday morning to get this fixed and they asked me to bring in Monday because that was when they had time to fix it. Friday evening my keys were locked in my car. I had to call a lock smith to get my keys out of car, costing my $265. The same exact issue happened again Monday morning before going to the shop. I had to pay another $360 to get my keys out. I brought my car back Monday after getting my keys out and they were able to fix the locks. I have both invoices that I have sent to the shop for reimbursement, but have yet to hear anything from the general manager.
