My advisor Nick gave me three different estimates detailing best scenario to worse along with a picture of the parts in each scenario. He offered to fix the part if it is the best case because the shop was pretty booked and it was something he could do himself in 15-20 minutes. Nick agreed to an appointment time convenient for me and did indeed fix my problem himself within 15 min. I'm so happy I found Caliber and if I unfortunately need a repair again, I will be back.

Mostly satisfied, car looks great. Only thing that was off was the front left turn signal wasn’t plugged in, but that took me 30 second to rectify, so don’t worry about it.
