My car looks beautiful the folks at Caliber did an excellent job with the repair . The kept me abreast of the status of the repairs for my vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was very kind . However I did have an issue on my drive back from Pittsburgh. The back passenger side caliper was missing a bolt ? However I made it back to Ohio and called the Caliber Collision nearby and they took excellent care of me right away . Patrick was amazing in Ohio and Allison in Pittsburgh too . I do like that they assign one person to make sure your vehicle is taken care of to the best they can . Unfortunately I don’t remember my service persons name but he walked the car with me showed me all that was repaired and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My car was repaired at the Caliber Collision on Lowries Run in PA.The caliper repair was done at Caliber Collision on Mayfield Rd , Ohio .

6 - I don’t like their policy that you have to drop off the car before they can order parts. It took an entire week to get the parts in, and I had to do all the driving in my family with the other car for that week. I wish I could have brought my car back home and been informed when the parts came in. I’ve not seen a body shop work like that.
