The repair was not completed to our satisfaction. The passenger door did not open properly it was catching on the passenger side front quarter panel. The impingement damaged the paint. John or service rep attempted a 10 min fix. The catching/impingement was fixed but the paint repair wiped off when I touched it with my finger. When John was questioned about other damaged that was not repaired to our satisfaction he became enraged and said it was from a previous accident. I told John that it was not, he then called me a liar and walked off. I later contacted the Manager she was professional and listened to our issues with the repair but that was several weeks ago and I have not heard back from her. Even though the repairs are guaranteed I would have a hard time returning to Caliber because of the treatment we received from John.

It was a great and professional experience. Even though my repair was minor, they sent regular messages to keep me abreast of the progress so I knew exactly what was happening with my car during every step. My car was returned cleaner than I left it, inside and out! They took ultimate care of my vehicle and while I hope not to need them again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!

The work was done in a timely manner and restored my car to showroom specs. The automated text notifications on the progress lead to confusion since it was generic in nature. Dropping my car off on Friday, 1/16/26 and starting my rental on the same day when you didn't get to look at my car until Monday, /19/26 cost me 3 additional days of rental. Overall John communicated with me and got back to me right away when I reached out to him or Caliber Collision.

Repairs took almost twice as long as originally thought. Didn’t realize I would now have non-Lexus parts in my car. I’m very satisfied with the results but the delay was an issue.
