Want to thank Caliber Collision Poughkeepsie for repairing some lower body damage due to low speed impact to snow bank. This repair required replacement parts, painting and system sensor calibration with outdoor temp in the teens. Estimator/Cust Care Rep, John Dietz, kept us regularly informed by text of work progress throughout. Quality of workmanship and replacement parts was excellent. The vehicle had cosmetic repairs but wasn’t checked for damage to workings of vehicle. That’s seems crazy to me. I would never have imagined that would fix the car and not address the mechanical problems caused by the impact. I had to leave it for additional time after I was told it was ready .

The run around and double talk I got from your staff about the condition mechanically of my truck was very bad. The repairs were fine. But my battery being drained by your workers, then told by said worker that the battery was bad and need to replace it. Only to go get battery tested elsewhere and the battery was totally fine.
