Zach was very pleasant and helpful. He kept me up to date on my car repairs in a timely manner. Chris helped with signing the insurance paperwork and releasing my car to me; he was equally as kind and attentive. The car look looks beautiful!

I ASKED FOR THE ORIGINAL FACTORY INSTALLED BUMPER. THEY ARE AVAILABLE. THEY INSTALLED A KNOCK OFF.

Extremely dissatisfied. Had car over 3 weeks, car was running well when dropped off. While in your possession and Control I was notified that “car died while trying to move to the lift - wheels locked up and wouldn’t start?” And that we had to flat bed the car to a mechanic? Said couldn’t even push car as it might cause damage. Then within 24 hours of them learning I had to get a rental car (which they were angered about?) they said car was ready - That they pushed car on lift to finish bumper? Very unprofessional, rude - and bad attitude - especially when they somehow learned we had to get a rental car.?????????? Now I’m forced to have a mechanic diagnose how my car was damaged in their possession.
