Everyone in the entire staff including the receptionist from when I first called did a fantastic job. Chris was very detailed in his communication and how he made sure I got all the proper parts to do the work properly. The gentleman in the end who got me in my car when the work was complete was also very courteous and professional. This was the first time I use caliber and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you very much for the great staff you have in Poughkeepsie
