Since first meeting, Zack he gave us attention and reassurance that the repair would go well. Both text and phone calls kept me informed as the process was underway. The first impression of the facility from the reception area to the body shop were also demonstrative of a staff that enjoy what they are doing and being part of a team which work to satisfy the customer.
