The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating. The repair was finished in a few days thought it would take longer, that is always a good thing. I had a very good experience through out the repair and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a auto body repair shop.

The team at Caliber are amazing! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly face after friendly face. When I dropped off my vehicle I had my 10 month old daughter with me. When it was time to review the damage to my vehicle, the front desk receptionist offered to keep an eye on her, and she even rocked her stroller for me when she got a little fussy. The tech assigned to my job was knowledgeable, and he kept me informed at every step of the process of getting my car repaired. I was updated almost daily about my repair through text, and through phone calls every couple of days. I was also able to pick up and drop off my rental at the shop, which was ultra convenient, especially will my little one in tow. Would definitely recommend Caliber to family and friends!!!
