I was called every other day or every two days to be informed on my car. When I picked up my car they also cleaned it and washed it and I was very grateful. Service was excellent

Zack is a professional who kept me informed throughout the entire process. Zack is quite polite, professional, caring and a great customer service person who deserves recognition. This type of incident with my car was quite upsetting and Zack walked me through each step with full details on each phone call.
