I was told I would get my car by Friday but the car was not ready til Monday. I was told I would get a call by Friday afternoon but I didn’t. I called Monday morning and was told I’d get a call back, I was not called. All these little moments just add up to unnecessary frustration. If I was told “car will be ready by Monday” I would have had no problem. Instead you overpromised and underdelivered. Otherwise the work seems fine.

Repair work was excellent there was quite a delay due to a change in the management which is beyond my control but Matt the new manager was very good kept me informed and called every dayHis partner Justin was also very informative

Ajob well done indeed. Justin was very thorough in explaining what had been done on each particular item of the car that needed repair showing me the part & answered my questions to my satisfaction, very knowledgeable! Jamel waslikewise very thorough & knowledgeable & gave me extra money saving tips on car rentals that I'm not much aware of. Thanks guys. I'd definitely recommend Caliber Collision to those who needed their services.
