Several times during the process, I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle. The first time they stated that my contact information was incorrect in their system, and I updated them with my information and went a step further and requested correspondence via email. They never used either contact method, and when I contacted them the second time, they stated, they called a random number. Once the vehicle was complete I immediately asked to speak with management because the vehicle seemed to be fixed instead of having the panel replaced, it was also missing the fender clips. Also, my rear passenger tail light was not working and I had to bring the vehicle back the next day for these issues to be rectified. The vehicle should have been put back and a walk around should have taken place for customer safety.

I would highly recommend to ask for Mr Jamal, but I would also highly recommend taking documents and belongings from glove compartment and explain the reason why.

Since new ownership, the body shop has improved. But I must comment on how it bothers me that my glove compartment was obviously accessed, all my papers and items looked like a tornado landed on my glove compartment. Also, I find it disrespectful that every radio channel programmed was disrupted. Iâm giving a high score only because Mr Jamal was so attentive and help me made the right decision when handling my case, hence my scoring. If it wasnât for the good customer service my score would had been a 6. The fact that the body work was good, it doesnât compensate that my personal items were moved, making me believe that someone was looking for something valuable.
