When I dropped my car off on may 8th I assumed I wouldn’t see it until at least 3 weeks. My first date given was June 5th. I picked it up today after only 13 days. I have always been impressed with their work and their speed!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at Caliber Collision for the incredible job they did repairing my vehicle. As a former employee, I know firsthand the level of care, teamwork, and dedication that goes into the work behind the scenes — and this experience only reinforced that for me. Just because you no longer work somewhere doesn’t mean you stop supporting great people and great work. The team was professional, communicative, kind, and did an excellent job bringing my car back to perfect condition. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Caliber Collision in Poughkeepsie. Getting into an accident and needing major repairs on my Bronco was incredibly stressful, but they made the entire experience so much easier from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent, the staff was professional and genuinely kind, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. My Bronco looks absolutely amazing — the attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. It honestly looks like nothing ever happened. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. I’m beyond grateful for the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
