This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I got my car back almost two weeks ahead of the scheduled date! John was amazing, providing updates every step of the way, and the front receptionist, Kayla, was extremely helpful. Overall, the entire team was wonderful, and the customer service was exceptional. The damage to my driver side front and rear doors were completely taken care of, color matched, mirror and sensors worked flawlessly afterwards. Complimentary interior cleaning/ vacuuming was appreciated. Only thing I believe the car was brought to a touch car wash, which I don not do to my car, so I noticed swirl marks in the paint on other areas of the car.
