The repair technician who I worked with was awesome. Very nice and down to earth guy. My vehicle was ready four days early. Additionally, I only expected the damage to be repaired. After they finished the repair, they put fresh car smelling tabs in the door pockets, they vacuumed and detailed the inside, and then washed the outside. This is far above and beyond the call of duty. I was honestly very impressed with this business, and I will gladly consider them again.

I dropped off my vehicle at Caliber Collision on Friday, February 6, 2026, and received my vehicle back on March 10, 2026 at approximately 8:00 a.m. The repairs performed on my vehicle were completed properly. The front bumper repair looks great, and all sensors on the vehicle are functioning correctly. Throughout the repair process, the staff at Caliber Collision provided updates through text messages, which allowed me to stay informed about the progress of my vehicle and the estimated completion timeline.
