The repair it self was done very well. However, I dropped it off on June 1st and was told it would be done by the 16th. I received frequent updates until the 16th. After that I stopped getting updates unless I called but even then on a couple of occasions I was told I would get a call back but didn't. It took over 5 weeks for a bumper and some parts to be replaced. Improving your communication updates would be greatly appreciated.

The quality of the repair was excellent. In addition, they cleaned the interior and we felt like we received a new car back. The only downside is it took them a few days to complete the paperwork after the repair was done before they would release the car to us.

My insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision after a motorcycle ran into me head on. The motorcyclist was okay, thank God! My truck had seen better days! The team at Caliber Collision repaired my truck and I was able to drive my truck again. However, I began noticing a terrible rattling noise every time I drove over a bump, or a washboard dirt road. I brought my truck back and of course the noise stopped whenever I brought the truck in for them to hear the problem. Five months later it was finally diagnosed as a nut that had fallen away, causing other components to rattle and clang. Caliber Collision stood behind their work and replaced the components that needed to be replaced with no charge to me. They even paid for me to have a rental car while my truck was being repaired. Thank you Caliber Collision team! You are the most ethical, honest and caring garage that I have ever seen. You certainly have gone over and beyond to take care of me and to make me and my truck happily together again!

Everything and everyone was excellent at Caliber Collisions. They were insanely timely and kept me updated the entire time they were fixing my car. Also after driving my car and looking it over, everything appears to be great!

They told me my vehicle would be ready. Then took another 2 weeks to actually complete the work. It forced me to keep a rental car for an extra week, costing me $271.
