The final cost for the repair was about $200 more than the estimate. Evidently the labor to repair the bumper cover exceeded what was estimated. I feel that as the repair professionals you should have known how long the repair should have taken and estimated accordingly. The original estimate should have been honored, especially for a long time customer such as myself.

My car looks great everything looks very well done! The only thing I would say is that I noticed when I am driving more than 40mph it sounds like something is swinging around behind the bumper that was replaced. Not sure if that might have something to do with the recent repairs? It never made that noice before the accident

My husband always took care of those things. The people that your company made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous. I really appreciated your complementary ride home. I had a great experience with caliber collision. Having no collision insurance shockingly, John worked hard to get me the best deal and fixed as many things as possible without insurance for the best price they could make work. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process and I’d recommend this particular location in cottonwood, az to anyone needing body work for their vehicle
