Professional but friendly staff, they all helped and answered all of questions, helped arrange my rental car to and from the auto shop. Very happy on how fast my Honda was repaired. The main part of the repair seems to be fine at this point. However, there is some quality control issues. One of the front wheels was damaged and part of what was to be repaired. They had someone come and paint the wheel and it was not even close to the same color, sheen/finish. This should have been caught before we even came to pick up the car. It was the first thing I noticed because it is so obviously different. Now we are waiting to see what will happen next. If we get a new wheel or if they will have it painted again. I certainly hope it is a new wheel because painting it will not be a satisfactory fix.
