Everyone was nice, however there was a sound after the wreck I was in and I asked them to look into it. I was told if it needed diagnostics done and if it was found to be wear and tear I would be responsible for the cost, I told them to please let me know the amount of anything out of pocket or if they had any issues with that. I received no updates until w days before and when I picked up the truck he said I needed to take it to have the diagnostics done myself. So now I don’t have any answers to the sound it’s making and no rental car and with my new job will make it hard to find time to get it checked and I’m certain the sound was caused from the wreck and has to do with something with the breaks. Also one bumper corner on the underside is jagged, where the other side was nice and smooth.

Truck bumper that was replaced has jagged edges on one side and other side is smooth. When I asked if the would look into sound truck started making after collision they said they would and if diagnostics found it was wear and tear then I would be responsible for payment. I said that’s fine just please call me first. He didn’t. I thought all was fixed and picked it up with sound still there and he told me to take it to my mechanic to have it diagnostic and if found it was due to wreck they will submit to insurance. But now I don’t have time or a rental car to do so.

Waiting time when walking in was long. They said they would look into sound that truck was making after wreck that I felt had to do with the breaks and I said to call me if there was an issue and I would be willing to pay out of pocket for diagnostic if needed. So now I don’t have a rental car or time to take it in and I have my vehicle with a possible additional issue from the wreck that hasn’t been taken care of.

Caliber Collision was a very professional bodyshop. The work they did was beautiful. I spoke with Tristan from the shop. I never had to call to see how the repairs were going. He kept me informed. He was pleasant, and professional. The reception lobby was modern and clean. The claim went smooth all the way to renting a car thru Enterprise.

Completed faster than estimated and a great job matching the paint color. Had a couple hiccups but but resolved them very quickly with a fantastic attitude. Professional services from the check in to the completion. Only suggestion is give more updates as the repairs are in progress and advise on the estimate cost changes as they come up, so not a shock at the end. Thank you for a great job.
