Receptionist was great at this Caliber! April our service advisor was outstanding. We had a but of a miscommunication but worked through it. We came to. Resolve that worked for everyone. Vehicle looks great (again) if we need work done on any other vehicles, we will be bringing back to this Caliber

Everything was fairly smooth didn’t have any issues really. Took about three weeks to repair our vehicle which seemed a little long but it looks good. We were told by April out service advisor that we would be receiving a call back regarding some warped wheel well moldings but never did.

10++. The lady at the front desk is Amazing. She explained everything that was going to be done, timeline, and when I picked it up, she asked April to go over everything and do a walk around with me, before I signed off on the work that was done! Very friendly and engaged to the customers needs!

April and Caliber were great to work with! April kept me posted on my vehicle and the updates and she also took time to meet me on Saturday so I could pick up my car as I live four hours away and couldn’t pick up my car until then. Her kindness and customer service are exquisite and I hope she is recognized for it. My car looks better than it did pre accident, so I appreciate their attention to detail. The whole experience with the insurance company was quite awful but Caliber made it less stressful.
