Caliber was never given a chance to actually complete an estimate, let alone repair my car. Allstate pulled the plug pretty quickly and took it off to Copart. But my experience working with the caliber staff as we prepared to do an estimate and set expectations... Was exceptional. The staff is very professional and welcoming and encouraging and competent and patient with me and my questions and my concerns and my follow-ups.

Work looked good. 2 of the bigger dents I can see where they were at still but not visible to someone if they weren’t looking really hard for them. I fully knew PDR wouldn’t 100% get it all. Overall truck looked good

I wish i could give 10,000 stars!! I googled recommended body shops after hitting a deer south of Pueblo on my way to Texas!! I could not have hit the jackpot any better than I did...the minute the tow truck dropped me off, April offered a welcoming smile and went above and beyond through the entire repair process keeping me up to date and never leaving any little bit of information out!! The repair process was so simple and stress-free AND the end product, absolutely amazing!! My vehicle looks brand new inside and out!!
