My name was misspelled (it should be Vyncynt Cabral) but it didn't effect the service overall. It was timely, everyone was really friendly and made things easy to understand, and my car looked brand new after the repair

How hard could it be to get the license plate frame put back on right? Other than that, the repair itself is great.

My only complaint is that if the right parts had been ordered in the first place, I would've had my vehicle back a week sooner & would not have had to fork out $150 for a rental. Also, I will have to make yet another trip back to the shop to have my license plate frame put on the right way. Other than that, everyone I dealt with was very friendly & helpful, & my vehicle looks good again.
