There is some damage on the inside of my door that previous wasn’t there. I’m not too concerned about it because you can’t see it from the outside. But the seal that feeds my door harness into the actual dashboard was halfway installed. I was able to clip it back in myself but I am a technician and i have seen what water damage can do to the wiring/electronics in your vehicle. Please just double check work

Everyone was very kind and helpful but it did take 2 weeks longer than promised and when I had called around the 3rd week it was in the shop the advisor couldn’t give a an estimate on when my car would be ready. She had gave me 3 different dates in the span of 5 mins. It was a little frustrating.

I love how it didn’t take to long, actually u was ahead of schedule… It looks great, the only thing I can say negative is that my reverse sensor a side mirror sensor and working.. which won’t be a problem once I take it back in, which was made very clear to me that if I had any issues At all no matter what it maybe to bring it back in… customer service was a 10 for sure very friendly and professional ..

Experience was very good. All personnel were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Truck was fixed in a reasonable time and the work performed was of good quality. I am very happy with the results. I will use Caliber the next time I need vehicle repair.
