When we had our wreck, one of the first things I was concerned about was, where do we take it. The body man we used before wasn't an option, so I knew nobody. I asked around and then Progressive said they suggest Caliber and would warranty it. I went that way and I'm glad I did.

Caliber in Pueblo on H50 did a great job fixing our '23 Explorer. We were hit in the rear end in a small collision, but it was heartbreaking, we bought our car new, right off the trailer at the dealer. We had never done that, and it was a splurge we enjoyed. Caliber put it back to the condition it was in before the accident. I've found no flaws at all. The sounds easy but I know it takes skill.

Due to all of the issues, I'd never take a vehicle back to Caliber. We used it because it was the preferred shop with Progressive and said the process would be faster and easier. It simply was not. Very disappointed with the outcome of quality.

When picking up the truck, the side that was repaired and repainted had scratches all over it and had to be buffed back out. Also a spot of dust that got sprayed over so there's also a bump in the paint. Pointed it out to the staff. Said it would need to be repainted and no way I was going to wait any longer on that.
