HOWEVER, As I drove out of Pueblo and got down to about Stem Beach - THIS light came on the dash board: I pulled over and read the owners manual - and then tried to call the shop. It's Saturday and they didn't answer the phone either earlier or now. Proceeded home cautiously. By the time I got to Walsenburg - my low tire light came on. Stopped to see if the GAS station had a tire gauge (as mine was home in my truck junk) and of course they didn't. I kicked the tires and again proceeded home. So - - will call on Monday for Advise??? Can't get a picture - Its the Check Engine light. . .

We dropped the car off with Caliber on 02/16, with an estimated pickup date of 02/27. The car was pretty beat up. Throughout the whole process of repair I was updated quite frequently which was convenient. The car was finished 4 days before the estimated finish date which was wonderful. They did such an excellent job, it looks like the accident never happened! Thank you Jay Z. and all the crew at Caliber for all your hard work! You made my year!

Communication through all of the repair was very unprofessional, I had to keep calling them to check on the status of my vehicle dates kept changing multiple times, after I went and picked up my car there were some slight things I noticed that I dismissed for being small, I drive an hour home and realize there are quite a few imperfections and the headlight they replaced doesn’t work now, I take it back I have no communication on when I would get my vehicle back throughout, I finally call them to check and get it 02/12/26 and do multiple inspections on it before heading my hour drive back home and after arriving home I go to fill up my windshield wiper fluid because the light is on, realize there is a crack and it is leaking when I pour fluid into the windshield wiper res. My car was there for over a whole month, inspections were done improperly, my time money and gas were wasted. I’m now concerned of the work they did on my radiator and other 8000 dollars worth of repair they did on my car missing so much. This was such an unprofessional and terrible experience I made sure when I needed to get my vehicle repaired I brought it to a Caliber Collision because they had been great for me prior but this shop will now prevent that in the future.

I had to repeatedly keep contacting them because the date would change to sooner and then it would change then it would change, they should have just kept the original date so I didn’t have to move around plans to possibly go and retrieve my car.

Initial service was good, better than most other shops I have dealt with. However I was told it was ready for pickup and after I arrived, paid my bill and then was taken outside to inspect vehicle repairs there was warning lights still on, decals missing and the wheel was still bent. Now they have had it an additional week and a half and no time line for completion

I already recommended this shop to a friend with deer collision damage. Turns out, my wife got her hail damage back in 2018 completed here, and she was incredibly happy with the work as well.

Excellent work...looks new. One spot where adhesive might not have set completely around the black wheel well piece, but otherwise, couldn't find any problem spots with the repair...looks excellent.

Every person I talked to was very nice, the insurance adjuster did not make my reservation for my rental and I didn't think to check it but the employees were really helpful and nice about it. My car looks amazing and it was done a lot quicker than I expected.
