I was happy with the repairs. The truck looks good. But I wasn't satisfied with the time it took. I dropped the truck off Dec. 1st and did'nt get it back till Dec. 29th. The only reason I got it back on this date is because I told them dont worry about the last part ill just take it and bring the truck back. During the 29 days they had the truck I only got told one time on the status of the truck (because I called for the 3rd time on the 3rd week). I had to call them once a week to get an update. For the first two weeks they gave me the same response. "Just got the parts in. Friday we will assemble and Monday we will paint." So on the third week I was finally told what was actually going on with the truck. I picked the truck up on Dec 29th and when I got it home I realized the radio antenna was missing. I called them and they were apologetic about it and said "well it might be in the shop. We took it off during repairs."

Overall it was a very positive experience. It took a little longer but that is because they found additional stuff wrong. I appreciate that the got the job done and did it right.

The vehicle looks fine. However I have yet to take possession of the vehicle as they're were warning lights and error codes related to the collision avoidance system that were not cleared properly so Caliber has not yet completed repairs and fully delivered the vehicle.
