I very grateful for the service i received from this team of professionals that made my experience using a different body shop for my vehicle. The receptionist Shannon was on top of my timeline of the work being done and always a happy smile. Jay the man who did the repairs on my vehicle kept me up to date and went out of his way to tell me about a check engine light that I was unaware of and printed out the details that have caused an upcoming issue. The manager explained all the work that had been done and I felt extremely confident that if I need repairs again I will choose this location just a mile or so from my home again! I would have appreciated at least weekly updates about what was happening. My car was in front of the shop for almost 10 days before it was disassembled for repair. I could have kept driving it until it was scheduled to actually be worked on.
