Not repaired properly, bumper doesn't line up right and the splash guard in the wheel well doesn't sit flush. It's bunched up. Why would you have my vehicle for a month and knowing the repairs don't look right tell me it's ready to be picked up. Now I have to waste more of my time and your's bringing it back to be fixed AGAIN. Pitiful

Took a while to get my car back and when I got it back the repairs were poor. The bumper doesn't line up properly and the wheel well splash guard isn't flush against the wheel well. There is excess material bunched up and it looks bad

I'm happy with the communication and the employees I have spoken to. Unhappy with the repairs and unhappy you would tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up knowingly it wasn't. I would rather wait longer and have my repairs done properly the 1st time. Now I have to bring my vehicle back again to be fixed again and wait again.
