The daily update emails were very useful. The car looked great when I picked it up. Unfortunately, I live at the end of 3 miles of dirt road so my car gets dusty each time I drive from or to my home.

Actually, everything looks fine but I won't know if anything was overlooked or not repaired properly until I drive my car for a few weeks.

I asked Shannon to write on the order that my car be locked every time it is parked outside of the building. But when I came to pick it up on the second day after I received notification that my car was ready (earlier than estimated), it was unlocked for two days. I could not unload all of the stuff in the car while it was being repaired.

Danner and the whole team were epic, finding every issue with my vehicle and repairing it, making it safe to drive again and giving me the peace of mind I desperately needed. Communication was above and beyond. I was always kept in the loop and up to date through the whole process. Danner even had me stop by to see the car in person after finding significantly more damage than expected, ensuring I fully understood exactly what was going on with my car. I couldn't be more impressed or more grateful. 100% kickass employees. I will always recommend Caliber and return for any and all future service.
