I’m I keep wrecking my car so I can keep coming back to them. Robert is a pretty amazing guy. Here I was an old get off my lawn kind of guy arguing with him my concerns with my safety electronics. He maintain his cool, and remain customer focused. Roberts sold me on Caliber. He represents your company.!

I was told about your bodyshop by a friend of mine ,who used your services. He recommended your place highly. Julio Chavez he also lives in TRINIDAD Colorado. I go to drop off my vehicle a 1918 Nissan Altama . The first person I spoke with is Shanna and she was so pleasant, said that James would be right out. I really appreciated his knowledge and experience and the way he came across was humble. I would also like to acknowledge the General Manager Richard, great worker's are taught by great Examples. I appreciated the way you acknowledged your worker's and didn't try to steal thier glory 🙌 That is thea True sign of a great Leader 😀 just one more taught every single person I spoke with in that office were polite and very helpful I ask if I could get a water 💧 😀 they said help yourself but we also have coffee ☕️ Just a all around great experience. Danner and Shannon and the team were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Was originally estimated 3 weeks and work was complete in 2 weeks. The quality of work was exceptional. If I didn’t know better I’d say my truck looked better after the repair then it did before it got hit. Being kept in the loop throughout the whole process was A+ customer service in my eyes. Everytime I tried to reach out about random curiosities or how the repair was coming along I received a response within an hour and the team was able to get me in and out on my schedule. 10/10 would recommend and I will be bringing my vehicles back to the shop whenever I’m in need of repairs
