We refused the car when they said it was done. The paint job was not smooth on one side. We were told that it would fix it and let us know. Called a couple hours later and it looked the same. Manager said it was because it was a Subaru - other side was perfect. The did keep the car and fixed the paint. Hope was wonderful through out. Felt the manager was rude and condescending.

Little to no communication regarding the vehicle repair, received communication regarding the wrong vehicle, showed up to drop off my rental vehicle on the day the car was to be finished and learned from the front desk that a part was missing. This fact has been known for the days, yet no one has communicated it to me. The person in charge of the work on my car had sent me another communication, but nothing regarding the missing part that was going to delay the end date of repair by 5 days All in all, terrible communication and a very steep plunge in quality from what I used to experience with Caliber. No longer sure I'll use or refer your company anymore
