The Caliber Collision team is very accommodating and friendly. The experience was extremely easy and I would recommend them to everyone I encounter. We got our truck back and it looks beautiful! The quality of work was top notch and it's nice to have the ease of mind that the parts and work are warrantied. For years we went to a hometown repair shop for our vehicle needs, but the last time we were VERY disappointed, so we decided to give Caliber Collision a try because of the positive reviews and our insurance company has them listed as a top repair shop. Now I'm wishing we had used them for the previous repair that had been poorly done! I will definitely be returning in the future!!! We liked that they kept us informed throughout the process through their repair portal, and we could see right away what the claim would be with no surprises. Our estimator James, the office admin Shanna, and all the technicians that worked on our truck did an exemplary job!!! Thank you all for your wonderful customer service!!!
