YOU GUYS NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM THAT MY INSURANCE SENT TO BE FIXED. YOU NEVER PUT THE INSULATION UNDER THE HOOD AND THE SIDES, THE ENTIRE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND CHEWED WIRES. THE ONLY REASON IT WAS THERE

Thank You for Your help, but the main reason I brought My car in was to get the new fire retardant material for the engine compartment that the rats ate up. My insurance company had it brought in for that reason. Animals Damage means rats and mice. I’m not satisfied that I received My car back without putting My under the hood and the sides of the engine fire retardant material back in My vehicle! I’d really like to have it taken care of. The only reasons why My car was brought in was the chewed wires and the Vermin damage.

Nobody called Me to ask Me what specific reason of why my car was there, You guys got from my insurance to fix the vermin damage “Animal Damage” as they had on the order for repair and the wires that were chewed on It was taken there and sat there for a while, somebody could have called Home Depot, Lowes, or other Car repair shops or a junk yard etc for the insulation inside my engine compartment. And then Call Me about Your plans.The first time I called, I got a short answer that You were waiting for My insurance? The 2nd time that I’ve called, I got a short response saying that You’re working on it. Then I got a rude call to come pick up my car, I had just had surgery and couldn’t drive if I had to, then I was told to pick it up on Monday or it will be put on the street! Then just hung up.Why couldn’t a couple of guys help me by driving My car home, then they both go back to work or whatever? No Compassion.
