Randy and Peter always kept me in the loop, as to what was going to be done with my car. They were in constant contact with me as to what progress had been made. From start to finish the experience was 5 star Plus! From start to finish the experience was amazing! Peter was incredibly kind and thoughtful during the check-in process, talked through the accident (fallen tree in the road!), and provided me with a solid time estimate for the repair estimate and potential issues with parts and solutions to rectify the possible sourcing. We received regular updates along the way, and the repair was completed 2 days earlier than originally quoted. When we let them know we may not be able to make it out before the weekend to pick up the car, they even had someone deliver it! Service above and beyond all expectations! And my vehicle looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot!
