As a repeat customer already, I would return with any vehicle repair needs to Ramona's Caliber Collision because of Randy. His level of customer service is unheard of. Friendly, professional, and timely in his responses, he simply goes the extra mile to ensure his customers' satisfaction. As a woman, I especially appreciated his taking the time to further explain the aspects of the process and vehicle repairs that I did not fully understand, a quality that is truly rare in Service Advisors today.

Randy & his team were professional, efficient, and he kept me up to date on each step of the process, all of which were in-house. My car looks brand new, and the work was completed a day early.
