Paul was excellent with communicating everything in terms of timeline, incredible customer service , and made things easy. Savannah at the front desk handled all of the rental reservations etc. Paul and his staff made everything seamless, stress free, and easy! Paul is a huge asset to Caliber and he is the sole reason I chose Caliber to handle my repairs and will recommend Caliber to everyone looking to get body work done

The experience I had with Caliber was first class! Paul the body shop manager always kept me updated every other day with what was going on and met the deadline he promised to have my truck done. Rich did an amazing job in the body shop with the repairs. You wouldn’t even know a deer hit my truck! Paul coordinated with Savanna at the front desk for my rental and made that extremely stress free as well. Paul has a great staff at this location and you can see his methods of how he handles customers is first class. Paul, and the entire staff at Caliber Collision I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Well done Caliber, well done!!
