I highly recommend Caliber! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My work was completed early. The liased with the rental company to return my rental. They even vacuumed and wiped down my car's interior. The car was in for bumper work so that was far above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Everyone was extremely friendly and provided frequent updates. My car came in for a bumper repair, which did not involve the interior, however they still vacuumed and thoroughly wiped my interior down.

This was my first accident and I was clueless as to how the whole process worked, but Savannah and Paul were absolutely wonderful to deal with! I had no questions for either of them because they had been so thorough and informative when explaining everything to me. Also, the text message updates were a super helpful and convenient way to keep me in the loop. Caliber worked seamlessly with both my insurance company and Enterprise, so any necessary participation on my part was minimal and very, very easy. To top it all off, my car was finished an entire week ahead of schedule! If I am ever in need of this type of work again, I will 100% trust my vehicle with Caliber. Excellent service, great work!

I can honestly say that I have NEVER in my life ( I’ve been in a TON of accidents) dealt with a more personable, efficient, on TOP of their game autobody shop!! Their customer service is impeccable! I am baffled at how quick they were to take on my problem like it was their own! Savannah from the START treated me with so much care and respect going out of her way to call my insurance company to figure out my claim details and set up my rental so I would have no worries! Paul was the nicest and most efficient mechanic and kept me updated every single day! He explained everything in detail with such patience! Other autobody shops would be stupid not to take notes from these guys! No one can even come close to comparing to Caliber!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
