I’m still waiting for one of the parts of my car and they haven’t called me back. My car was in washed or clean completely before they was given back in the night. I consider they was OK.

Savannah was great and did her best to coordinate the repair for my Honda as soon as possible. She truly is an extraordinary fit for her job as she is so personable and good at keeping you informed. Paul was fabulous to keep me updated regarding my Honda repairs. When I picked up my car earlier today, which was completed ahead of anticipated, I was amazed when I looked at the repair as it looked like it had never happened. The workmanship was superb. Also, I was truly grateful for the fact that all repairs from the accident were economically priced. The only thing I wish is that Caliber Collision was not located right off of route 422 as it is extremely hectic and after having an accident, it’s unnerving to get in and out of there safely. However, thankfully, I was able to do so and in wet weather to top it off I cannot think the caliber collision team enough.
