Everyone that I dealt with there was very helpful and answered all my questions. Paul texted me updates on the progress of my ayrepair on Tuesdays and Thursdays which I really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed too.

Awesome job! The paint color was spot on. That was what I was most worried about since the car is an anniversary addition. The only issue was a small rip in the PPF that will be taken care of by the shop.

Paul and Savanna at the Exeter shop were great! They were very accommodating and professional after I had an abysmal experience at Caliber's shop on Centre Ave in Reading. Savanna got me scheduled as quickly as she could, and Paul did an outstanding job communicating updates with me through the repair. I am completelysatisfied with the quality of work and service I received from the team at the Exeter shop. The shop on Centre Ave should be trained by the Exeter shop on how to properly treat customers.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from the Caliber Collision store located on Perkiomen Ave where my repairs were completed. However, Nationwide first had me working with the Caliber Collision on Centre Ave in Reading, which was an abysmal experience. That shop dropped the ball, which is why I ended up going to the Perkiomen Ave store.

I really appreciate the transparency of where they are with the repairs and all the updates. Being able to talk to a real human was also great and reassuring after dealing with the AI headaches with State Farm insurance. Savanah is a great asset to the team.
