Savannahs was exceptional in her customer service. I haven't experienced anyone that helpful that I can remember. Whoever detailed my car after the repair didn't do a great job, but as that wasn't the main reason for my car being there, it's not a big deal. That was the frosting on the cake. The cake was perfect.

The initial communication was difficult. I could not get the text link to work on my phone. After I got my car to the garage doing to assessment and work, it was great. I attribute that to Savanah at Caliber Collision mostly, though the claims adjuster was helpful also.
