Caliber was awesome . I only wish Nationwide could explain why since I was 16 years old and now 65. And I always trusted and kept Nationwide as my primary home owners and auto insurance coverer. Would force me to get coverage somewhere else that is much more affordable. I dropped Nationwide and not a person from nationwide seems to care. My rates kept going up and I spoke with Nationwide multiple times and advised them of my upcoming decision and not a care in the world. I at 65 years was being charged $2,395.00 a year with a clean driving history and now I am paying $842.00 for a single car 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. I am disgusted with this type service and concern. I hope someone calls me from Nationwide to discuss. I am a very vocal person and I would like an explanation after 54 years of being a committed customer.

The process from making the first estimate appointment to pick up after the car was completed and everything in between. Made dropping off the rental with them easy for the rental company to pick up. Everyone was was very polite and helpful, from front desk to the advisor.
