I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision. After someone hit my car and took off, I was honestly stressed and unsure how everything would turn out. While my car was there, the team kept me updated every step of the way and made the process so much easier. When I finally got my car back, I was beyond impressed. It looks brand new. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the communication throughout really stood out to me. I’m so grateful for the care they put into everything. From the moment I stepped into the office of CALIBER COLLISION, my experience was great. Their staff were of professionalism, respect, and genuine knowledge of the work needed done on my Dodge Charger. They made me feel confident, I made the right choice going there for the service. Reasonable price, and positive reassurance of the excellent work they provide. Upon completion of my vehicle, I was amazed of how perfect the colors matched to its original blend, but with even more glamor. Overall, the team did a good job. I was very confused why the repair timeline was extended twice, only for the team to deliver the repair on the initial timeline, but I am happy with the work that was performed and that the team could deliver the car to my home.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond to repair my Ford. I had to wait longer than anticipated for the initial appointment and upon arrival there was some confusion about whether I was dropping off for just an estimate or actual repairs and Caliber moved things around to take my vehicle that day and get to work. They finished the job nearly a week early and delivered my vehicle for free when my working hours didn't allow for pick up. They even washed my car! I will recommend all my family and friends to them in the future. Thank you Caliber Collision!

The staff at this location were amazing, super helpful, and understanding. My only issue is I just got home from class about 4 hours after picking my car up and I noticed the side mirrors are not wired correctly as they do not adjust from the controls. Also, the driver side mirror has a decent sized gap in it. I understand things happen and parts are usually second hand but with what is being paid I feel as though there should be little flaws. I do intend to bring this up tomorrow and see what can be done to resolve this. Besides that, everything was good including staff, communication on repairs/updates, and the overall wait time for repairs to be completed.
