I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I tried to use Hill Collision the first time and couldn't even get a hold of them. I called Caliber once and got an appointment.

The repair process was extremely easy and streamlined with little unknown about what was going to transpire. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to deal with. In the end, my truck was delivered repaired perfectly and on time. I’d definitely use this service again.

The customer service was excellent! The woman at the front counter (I’m blanking on her name) was so quick to jump into conversation with me while I was waiting for the rental company and was always happy. She was also prompt in answering any calls I made during my vehicle’s stay at the shop.

Amazing customer service! Front desk lady was an absolute doll and the mechanics were responsive and easy to talk to. They kept me updated with repairs and even offered a shuttle service. Heaven forbid I need to use their services again, I will definitely be returning! Can’t thank them enough:)
