We were able to get an appointment the next morning with zero wait after a car hit us and fled the scene. They made the process hassle free and drove us to the rental place as well as took care of taking the car back to the rental place. I was expecting this to be a two-three week process but by Friday afternoon I had my vehicle back and fixed up. Extremely happy with the timing, communication and making a stressful situation less stressful

Staff was extremely helpful, kind, and kept me informed through the entire repair process. I appreciate all of them. I am terrible with names unfortunately. They were all wonderful. 4633 Mountain Lakes Blvd, Redding, CA 96003 is the best.
