I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Sara and Mac at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. Joe kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the repairs were done right. Charlie even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car—really went above and beyond. The whole team was professional, communicative, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. My car was back on the road sooner than expected, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
