I realize it’s in transition, and the employees are navigating a new system, but the call center stuff doesn’t make me feel like I matter. The Reeds (previous name before Caliber bought it) shop has very talented employees and that’s the only reason I take my cars there.

Working with the shop itself was good. Bob was great. It was very annoying getting repeated calls from the call center wanting to schedule an appointment for an estimate, even though I already had the estimate completed.

The Caliber Collision staff were kind and welcoming throughout the whole process. I was called and messaged weekly with updates, which didn’t leave me to wonder when my vehicle would be done. When I picked my vehicle up, I was more than happy with the completed body work on my Tacoma. I will definitely be recommending Caliber Collision to anyone in need!
