Things don't always go perfect in the world. Everything does not come out like you like it. Yet those a caliber, no matter how it comes out the first time they're always there to make sure you're happy, you're back in your groove and You get the best possible job done. PERIOD! In this day and age how things have changed how craftsmanship is not like it was I'm glad to know caliber collision on Crossroads Drive in Redding, California. It's a pleasure working with Matt. Bob was the gentleman that took care of me and my kia. he communicated with me very clearly through the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. being that this kia was a company car, he made sure we got it back in a timely manner that didn't effect our normal operations. overall very satisfied with bobs communication and timeliness

I was referred to caliber from the ford dealership because of an accident I was in. They did an amazing job and were very fast. They Kept me up to date on everything that was happening and make my truck look new again. This is the only place I would go for my repairs. Matt was great and answered all my questions.
