Employees were nothing but nice, however they were quite disorganized. Things “fell through the cracks” at my expense. For example, I scheduled almost two months out from the original estimate because it worked for my schedule, and they needed time to get parts in for the job. When I arrived for my appointment, they said the parts were not ordered. I was very disappointed by that.

Caliber Collision is great. My 2000 Chevy Silverado was completely damaged, and they fixed it into better shape then it was before! They also detailed the truck and cleaned the inside. So happy to have my truck back, and looking clean!!! Thank you Caliber !

It took three weeks to repair the vehicle because every part they kept ordering came in damaged and then to find out they didn’t even check the sensor, which was the main reason we took the car in for in the first place.
