Kaitlyn was excellent in the way she kept us informed. At one point I asked a question that had some complexity to it and first, Kaitlyn responded by text and then followed up with a voicemail to go into more detail, just because she knew there was more I should understand. I really appreciated working with her!

Stress-free experience with the team. Got messages everyday about progress if the repair, my expectations have been managed throughout. They make it easy to pick up and drop off a rental, and as a woman I really loved the gender diversity of the team which makes going to a car repair shop a safe and pleasant experience.

The weather stripping on my fender is popping out not repaired from accident, my drip rail is still damaged from the accident it is not repaired, my front grill was damaged in the repair and needs replaced, there are small bits of dust and dirt painted into my door, a portion of my door is unpainted, my side skirt inside the door on the passenger side is still damaged and unrepaired, and my seats are stained with oil and grease.
